Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the zyydshop website and related inquiries. Paid services are also governed by a separate written proposal, order form, or services agreement. If there is a conflict, that signed agreement controls for the paid service.

Services

zyydshop provides ecommerce consulting, partner search, screening, matching, and introduction support. Potential partners may include independent media buyers, editors, creative specialists, suppliers, and other service providers. The exact scope is described in writing before purchase.

Independent third parties

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, matched specialists and suppliers are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of zyydshop. Clients are responsible for evaluating and contracting with third parties. Screening is designed to improve fit and does not guarantee performance, availability, legal compliance, product quality, delivery times, or results.

No results guarantee

Ecommerce, advertising, creative, and fulfillment results depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, account stability, delivery performance, or any other outcome.

Fees and payment

Fees may include commissions, project fees, or retainers. The amount, payment schedule, third-party costs, and applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed in writing before the client purchases services. Clients authorize the payment method and agree to pay undisputed amounts when due.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, infringe another party’s rights, or use our services in connection with deceptive, illegal, or prohibited products or practices.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, copy, and original materials are owned by zyydshop or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zyydshop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by independent third parties. Any additional limitations applicable to paid services will appear in the client agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
